Decor Magazine, an international trade publication serving the art and custom picture framing industry, recently named Framing Concepts Gallery, with offices in Chesterton, Crown Point and Valparaiso, as one of 10 winners of the magazine’s nationwide Top Art and Framing Retailers Award.
