BEAVERS BEND —Well-known professional artist Jamie Carter of Paris is to offer an Art Retreat and Outdoor Painting Workshop: “Capturing Nature’s Beauty” from 9 to 4 p.m. Friday and Saturday Sept. 10 and 11 on location at the Forest Heritage Center in Beavers Bend State Park.
