Edith Lee Taylor dies at 83

Former longtime psychiatric hospital executive director Edith Lee Taylor, who had been executive director of the old Taylor Manor Hospital for three decades, died Saturday complications from a stroke at Tri-City Medical Center in Oceanside, Calif. The longtime Pikesville resident was 83.

Sugarloaf Crafts Festival to include emerging artists (Baltimore Sun)

From April 24-26, the Sugarloaf Crafts festival will host more than 300 artists and crafters at the Maryland State Fairgrounds in Timonium. The festival will feature handmade goods including ceramics, fashion and jewelry, furniture and home décor, glassware, fine art and photography.
