Did you ever notice that some towns have their season – a time of the year when they look their best? Not the obvious ones like Stow, Vermont in winter or Provincetown in summer. The invitations arrived in bottles; the centerpieces bloomed out of bottles. And the concept of recycling and re-purposing is, well, no longer bottled up.
