The folks at Market St. Steakhouse are spending money to make money.The downtown Redding restaurant, next to the Cascade Theatre, closed for a week in January as workers basically gutted the inside – replacing tables, chairs, refinishing the floors, giving the walls new paint and bringing in new art.
